The Challenge

Utopian Luxury Vacation Homes (ULVH) is based in Park City, Utah. Despite have recently revamped its website, founder Jeff Jensen suspected the site could be better optimized, and wanted assistance in solidifying the company’s brand to deliver a unique value proposition in a market that has become fiercely competitive.

User Experience, Site Analytics, and Conversion Metrics

CTC undertook a complete audit of the ULVH site, including user experience, site analytics, and social media content and posting. CTC, working closely with ULVH team members, provided an implementation plan to tackle backend and user interface issues that resulted in an improved conversion rate. This also led to user experience testing that identified gaps and recommendations to overcome them. CTC also conducted a keyword analysis that served as the foundation for keyword-precise PPC campaigns that have also contributed to Utopian’s improved conversion rate. CTC also provided editorial services and templates for email campaigns and newsletters.
